Indonesia is part of M-I SWACO – a worldwide company representing a broad array of businesses involved in drilling, reservoir drill in and completion fluids and services for the petroleum industry; solids-control equipment and environmental services; and separation and screening products and services for the municipal and industrial markets
Due to our current operation and business, we are looking for a qualified person for
Executive Secretary position with the following requirements:
• Degree in Secretarial and Administrative or equivalent Fresh Graduate with good GPA are welcome to apply.
• Highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills capable of multitasking in a demanding work environment.
• Visibility of work requires attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to type +80 wpm.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Power Point. Excel and Word are a must.
• The aptitude to learn quickly and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
• International travel experience would be a definite asset.
• Work may require weekend and/or evening work
• The ability to lead teams and committees in organizing workshops, customer events, as well as external and internal training programs.
Job Summary
Provide personal administrative support to the Country Manager Indonesia. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work Project a professional company image through in-person and phone Interaction.
Primary Responsibilities
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations, including answer & handle telephones in appropriate manner.
• Setup, coordinate and/or maintain CM travel arrangements, CM s calendar, CM s expense report meetings & conferences, hard-copy & electronic fitting system.
• Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
• Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas arid minutes.
• Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies,
• Coordinate project-based work.
• Other duties as assigned.
