| Responsibilities: 1. In charge of overall process and ensuring proper functioning of Meridian Vessel Tracking & Management (MTVM) System at headquarter. 2. Monitor customer MTVM system at headquarter via virtual private network. Promptly inform customer on abnormal situation triggered by MVTM system pertaining to a vessel performance. 3. Provide phone technical supports to customer (if needed). 4. Log and report system issues. 5. Attend to any other matters that may be assigned by management from time to time. Requirements: 1. A Malaysia citizen (or hold relevant residence status) with a degree/Diploma in IT or Computer Sciences or equivalent. 2. Minimum 1 year experience in supporting platforms and applications/software. 3. Knowledge in visual Basic, Microsoft Access, MS SQL, C++ will be a plus. 4. Self-motivated, committed to upgrading of knowledge, skills and able to work under minimum supervision. 5. Able to communicate effectively in English. 6. Applicants must be willing to work 5 day-shifts inclusive of non-office hours and weekends. We operate a 24/7 work-shifts. Expected remuneration is RM1800 or more during probation period of 3 months, with increase to RM2000 after probation. Own transport is a definite advantage due to the shift work requirements.
