Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in Credit Evaluation.
- Min Degree in the Business or Finance/Accounting field.
- Regional knowledge in the Asia region, as well as both market and industry experience
- Attention to details and strong proven credit/financial analytical skill.
- Must be able to work within complex policies and procedures that change with the business
- Must be able to maintain positive relationships with customers, sales and other internal departments.
- Experience with Microsoft tools including SAP would be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a portfolio of Asia Pacific accounts consisting of distributors, re-seller and end customers accounts, as well as responsible for mitigating risk exposure.
- Complete detailed financial reviews that will assess the commercial and country risk and will be expected to participate in various process improvement projects to meet Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Plays a critical role in the credit review of new and existing customer base, help to promote sales, increase revenue and reduce bad debts. It also has constant customer contact and requires a high level of customer service whilst at the same time protecting Company’s interests. It requires the ability to know what, and whom, to escalate credit issues as well as to evaluate customer risk and make security recommendations.
- Manage change requests on customers’ information and obtain relevant supporting documents whenever applicable.
- Managed accounts that are operating above credit limit and work with Collections team for recommendation to affect credit hold or review accounts.
- Provide regular metrics on SLA for account opening and update of change requests.
- Track metrics on account creation, review and country analysis reporting
- The job will require communication with external customers, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Internal & External Audit, all individuals within Worldwide and other teams as necessary in the course of the role.
