Financial Controller ( Property )
A listed Multi-National leading high quality Group, engaging in property investment and development, fashion apparel retailing business is now seeking for qualified candidates to join the company for the following post.
Financial Controller
The major duty includes property business management of North America Operations in the Chairman’s Office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the profitability of the company business
- Manage budget, forecasts and financial analysis
- To provide accurate and timely report for management and statutory purposes.
- To develop and maintain the Finance & Accounting function, and the Controlling and Financial Group reporting function
- Formulate financial plans in alignment with the company’s objectives
- Perform regular audit check on investigating any irregularity and inappropriate activities
- Report to the director
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance and management
- Professional accountancy/finance qualifications in CPA or ACCA or CFA essential
- Experience in property management is preferred ·
- Over 8 years qualification experience with 3 years in managerial role
- Working experience in Big 4 or equivalent
- Experience in Consolidation
- Working experience in USA & Canada is a MUST
- Occasional travel to China, Canada, USA and Asia countires
