Job Description
- Answer PWMs / CSOs questions on the submission and processing of OTC Derivative accounts opening documentation
- Provide assistance on the completion of OTC Derivative accounts opening documentation
- On behalf of the various stake-holders, follow-up with key contact points at PAGS / GFX Operations / HK DMG / GMI OGC / CRG etc on the processing and approval of OTC Derivative accounts
- Maintain a consolidated informal database on client information collected and ensure that the central databases for client information e.g. Optika accurately reflect key documents i.e. documents have been properly filed.
- To assist in the completion of ISDA document package that will be provided to clients as well as complete internal documentation used as part of the OTC Derivatives (FX & Equities) set-up process.
- Issue ISDAs Document Package on demand to GPC Clients / PWMs
- Perform annual reviews
- Annual review samples check
- Follow-up on CPR completeness check
- Scan and archive CPRs, Valuation statement, Credit Facility Letters and memos etc
- Prepare CPR tracking spreadsheets, statistics and collate documents
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Qualification
- 2 years of working experience, preferably in the private banking sector
- Keen interest in Credit
- Eagerness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to start work immediately or with short notice
