They have both manufacturing facilities and sales & marketing offices for their trailer axles & other related components across the region. The Group is fast expanding in Asia Pacific and is therefore keen to invite suitably qualified sales & marketing professionals to be part of their team in further driving their growth.

Location: Singapore or Australia
Responsibilities:
· Develop, plan and implement sales growth strategies and drive a stronger branding/positioning of the company’s products in the global market
· Develop new markets and enhance market share in key territories
· Identify, develop and maintain key direct customers as well as implement key account management strategies to achieve customer intimacy and thus delivery at key accounts
· Manage relationships with existing and new distributors
· Advocate strong after sales service, appointing and ensuring service outlets as well as warehousing at strategic locations
· Prepare sales forecast & planning, establish pricing strategies and efficient inventory control/management
Requirements:
· At least Diploma or the equivalent qualification in Engineering
· Has a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in sales & marketing in the automotive and/or commercial vehicle industry; trailers or axles industry preferred
· International or regional sales experience will be advantageous
· Self-starter, resourceful, proactive and dependable
