Toa Payoh Senior Citizens' Health Care Centre is a not-for-profit charitable organization. We are a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and the Institute of Public Character (IPC).

Creating a healthier future for the needy sick and enabling continuous professional development for social service and healthcare professionals
Our Priorities
* Improving the availability and utilization of rehabilitation, community aged care and post acute community care services needed by patients and elderly with complex and chronic health conditions.
* Assuring that all elderly and patients have access to community rehabilitative, geriatric and post acute community care.
* Promoting good health and healthy lifestyles, and preventing and detecting diseases.
STAFF NURSE
(Singapore - Aljunied / Toa Payoh)
Responsibilities:
* Undertake and ensure safe, effective and quality nursing care to clients
* Operate as an effective team member and coordinate with other colleagues to give a quality care to clients
* Ensure continual staff clinical education / training and professional growth in nursing skills
* Ensure clients care delivery complies with company’s policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
* A certificate / diploma in nursing and / or a degree in nursing. Teaching qualification is an advantage.
* Stable long term work history
* Community service or equivalent
* Working Hours: 42 hours per week (Day)
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
