* Age maximum 28 years old and with minimum D3 degree
* Ability to handle any customers complaint with a good communication
* Experience at least 1 year on implementing of LAN / WAN and Internet Gateway / Proxy
* Depth knowledge on TCP/IP, IP Subnetting and IP Routing
* Depth knowledge on Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Linux
* Expert on Computer Hardware, Computer Software and Network Devices
* Has a good analytical and sense of trouble shooting
* Willing to work professional in Shift System
* Self motivated and ability to work in team or individual
