Assistant Project Manager
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for participating Government Development projects, liaison with parties concerned and handling of application for the projects in overseas
- Responsible for the execution of an external relations strategy to effectively communicate the mission, visions and projects of the Company
- Negotiate on legal document and project agreements
- Oversee the planning, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Environmental Protection Project
- Prepare documents for overseas government tenders and participate to the design and construction projects.
Requirements :
- A degree holder preferably in Electricity Engineering/Business/Communication/Marketing with a minimum of 6 years' proven experience in electricity plant or sewage treatment.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is a MUST.
- Strong business acumen as well as positive attitude towards pressure
- Strong strategic, conceptual and networking skills
- Proposal and report writing skills is a must
- Experience in working with Government Departments is an advantage
- Station in Shenzhen/HK and occasional travel
