Responsibilities:
- You will play a key role of Station Person-In-Charge in commercial projects
- Responsible for ensuring safety and security of construction works carried out in SMRT environment
- Supervise contractors
- Responsible in ensuring project delivery, good quality of works and completeness
- We are looking for suitable candidates to fill in the following roles:
- Senior Project Officer (Mechanical & Electrical) -supervise Fire protection system, Electrical system, Public address, ECS, SCS and communication system; OR
- Senior Project Officer (Civil & Structure) - supervise Erection of civil and structure system, architectural finishes and detailing
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Structure or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a Local Polytechnic or recognized institution
- Senior Project Officer (Civil & Structure) must be BCA registered Resident Technical Officer
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Civil Structure or Mechanical or Electrical engineering site supervisory experience
- Must be conversant with Singapore’s codes of practice and regulations and tactful in handling contractors
- Possess strong communication, leadership and supervision skills
