Call Centre Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Giving best services to customer via phone
* Giving best solutions to customer
* Giving information about product to customer



Requirements:

* Male or Female, Max 28 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field with GPA >2.8
* Good interpersonal skill and proactive
* Able in handling complain and get more information to solve the problem
* Able to work full time in shift schedule
* Experienced in handling customers will be an advantage. (any kind of call center)
* Required language(s): English both oral and writen
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
